Himani Baid
Chief Design Officer (Legal industry’s first CDO)
A big fan of Maggi Masala, who loves painting and doing all the cool designs of programmes and posters which you see on social media, Himani Baid is sort of the ‘fixer’ of Law Firm Ready.Himani is a creative force and the mastermind behind Law Firm Ready's vibrant brand.
She is a fifth year student at Amity University Chhattisgarh who will stand out as an approachable friend-like vibe. However, this powerhouse has already made a significant impact in the legal domain already at such an early stage.
Besides Law Firm Ready, she has also served as the Vice President of the National Legal Rights Consortium and have previously worked/interned at valuable stints with innovative startups such as Agami, SocioLegal Corp, LawsWithRachna, and IurisJura. Her very cool designs can be found here and we hope no one snatches her from LFR as she is the Karta Dharta for all of us.
Bhabesh Satapathy
Tech wizard (And our go to advisory support)
An Odia who was born in Raipur was famous for doing a front-flip in water or around the swimming pools. He believes he is a good bathroom singer but we don’t know about that skill yet. But, we definitely know that he is not only good but a great support to LFR since the day he joined.
A former mentee from Batch XI, Bhabesh is a fourth year law student at the National Law University, Odisha. Someone who was in Round of 64 in VIS Hong Kong World rounds, and even won the Best Memorial in the NLU Delhi IBC moot casually, but he is never casual in his LFR or outside work. A lover of watching full/half moon, he loves imperfections of moon shape but helping LFR achieve perfection in many ways.
Beyond his academic commitments, Bhabesh is a state-level athlete. He loves playing football, and is currently the defender of his university's football team.
Riya Sharma
Chief Query Trainer (For mentees, we call her Chief QT)
A girl from Jaipur, who proudly can imitate the sound of a cat and goat , Riya is a passionate law enthusiast currently pursuing her fourth year in BA LLB at Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law in Mumbai.
A purple belt in Karate, she will ensure that she kicks out the mentees who ghosts our mentors (just kidding). Riya is deeply involved in promoting personal and professional growth for LFR community, within her friends and Mumbai Western Elite Rotaract club community where she holds the position of Director of ED & PD Avenue.
She brags about never having seen a Marvel movie, but what she should brag about is how she has single handedly managed most mentees in every batch. She is our backbone when it comes to handling our mentees, resolving their queries and also nudging mentors whenever it is required. In her free time, she also LOVES painting and singing and LOVES working in the LFR Team since the day she joined.
Snehaa Rajesh
Head, Partnerships aka making Law School Ready (Professional Pun enthusiast editing Substack Newsletter)
A tamilian, who speaks fluent Hindi as well. She is basically a live-action reality TV show for her friends (who else would write a fanfiction for their own life xD), and always adds a few extra exclamation points! (gotta bring the energy in texts too!)
Snehaa Rajesh is a fifth year law student pursuing BA.LLB. (Hons) at School of Excellence in Law, Chennai. As a person responsible for partnerships, LFR has already made many strides reaching all directions. Kashmir, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, you name it, you got it! She is one of our most humble member who always support every member/every team
She loves to ideate and initiate, a brain child of hers is her University’s Internship Cell. When she is not furiously typing on her laptop, you are guaranteed to find her with a tub of popcorn at the movies!

Safah Mohammad
LATENT in Charge
A member who loves exploring parenting videos or books is also a self proclaimed writer who blushes when called a nerd. This writer who finds the adrenaline rush of writing a test even more exhilarating than riding the fastest roller coaster is Safah Mohammad.
Safah, a batch topper from 4th year law student at S.D.M. Law College, Mangalore, Karnataka tops all our checklist of being an LFR member as well. She is kind, smart, artist and desi as she enjoys finding frugal (fancier word for kanjoos) ways to live. She proudly claims to have explored Bangalore entirely all by herself and all through Public Transport.
If you see a very interactive post by LFR being proactive on LinkedIn, most likely it will be Safah who will be ensuring the digital outreach of LFR. As a fellow artist, she also is our lead of LFR got LATENT who wants the law fraternity to think creatively. Her passion for reforms in legal education comes from a belief that a scholar's job is to educate the masses and not the four walls of a classroom. In her free time she mentors juniors in her college, and is now going to be the responsible force behind LFR exploratory learning pedagogies.

Gyanesh Tiwary
Strategy Officer (Chief Gyan Support)
A few years ago a Patna boy studying in Calcutta, was being taught by our Law Firm Ready Founder, Rohit Sharma. He used to give Rohit feedback on how he can engage better, and now Gyanesh Tiwari is doing the same with all of his very powerful and important inputs (including movie recommendations) to Law Firm Ready. When he is not sleeping like he’s dead, his brain works brilliantly whether it is solving a rubix cube in under 40 seconds, or throwing out random facts he found while surfing Wikipedia pages.
A graduate from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, Gyanesh is someone who loves seeing the beauty of the world through his photographic lens, and is an accomplished photographer.

Nitin Pradhan
Podcaster & Social Media Editor (Social Media Wizard)
“Law ka safar (Suffer) with future lawyers” is his podcast and Nitin Pradhan is his name.

He is a “standup” guy (he is not the only one good at wordplay xD) who has been contributing to our team amidst all the avid mooting and intense badminton. He sings good, is even better at cooking, and gives the best insights through his podcast.

He is a pathbreaker in his family, choosing law, and a pathbreaker in our team giving out the most innovative ideas and executing them flawlessly!
