Navigating law school and internships without someone to guide you is not easy. Having someone whom you can trust and who can show you the way is critical for success in the real world. Mentors not only broaden your horizon but also help bring the best out of you.
Unfortunately, not everyone has access to such mentors. This is where we step in.
Law Firm Ready is an initiative to make law firms more accessible for law students. It is a community driven platform through which experienced legal professionals volunteer to take on mentees under their wings and guide the mentees as they advance to the next stage of their career.

Mentor Applications
Be the senior you wish you had when you were younger
If you wish to mentor an aspiring lawyer, please consider applying as a mentor.
How it works:
This is an initiative to make law firms more accessible to law students. You will be paired with your mentees. You need to commit around 1-2 hours in a month for your mentee. The mentoring process is flexible, and you can take a break if you wish. Rest of the logistics will be handled by us.
Who is an eligible mentor?
Any lawyer currently working in a law firm. (A1/ A2/ SA 2 etc.)

Apply as a Mentor
Law Firm Ready is an initiative which aims to create a bridge for law students aspiring to explore various avenues including joining a law firm, in house counsels, litigation after their law school. Previously over 70 mentors from our team have mentored 600+ (14 batches) of mentees across law schools which included mentorship on CVs, Cover Letters, Internships and Career Guidance.
Our Mentors range from an A1 level to a partner level and various lawyers across law firms including AZB, KCO, SAM, CAM have already volunteered for this program.
We hope to bridge the gaps between various law schools in terms of opportunities available and this platform is an idea which aims to democratize the space to know about law firm and corporate law as a whole.
As a mentor, you will be paired with a law student for one month, and you can communicate via text/ mail as per your wish. If you have 30-45 mins to spare in a week for your mentee, and you wish to mentor an aspiring lawyer, please apply.
