Law Firm Ready
Law Firm Ready (LFR) was founded with a vision inspired by Prof. Madhav Menon, the father of modern legal education. Our mission is to empower aspiring legal professionals, particularly those from less developed law schools, by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed to enable better social engineers for tomorrow.
Our long term goal is to reform the Indian legal education system from shifting the training and selection of a few individuals or few law schools to a more “human development” of individuals regardless of their background. The focus on ‘human development’ enables empowerment to every law student through building their basic capacities on understanding CV, Cover letter, Emerging Career opportunities, research building and incorporating critical thinking in them before training them to be social engineers for tomorrow.
By fostering a kinder, more supportive environment, we aim to revolutionize legal education and empower the next generation of legal leaders.
Our Journey

2021: LFR was launched as a mentorship platform, pairing law students with experienced legal professionals from diverse fields, including litigation, ADR, tech policy, climate change, and public policy.

Today: We've expanded our offerings to include skill training, research guidance, career counseling, and mental health support. We're also leveraging AI to bridge language barriers and facilitate cross-learning among law students from different backgrounds. We have also started a few interesting things.
